Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues

• Access the recent apps screen and lock the Hello Imilab app (by pulling down the app and selecting the lock icon).
• Adjust phone battery settings by ensuring that the Hello Imilab app is set to not optimized under battery optimization settings.
